During the first 6 months new products may temporarily be out of stock as we adjust our ordering quantities to match market demand. AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS 

We offer 3 shipping options at this time.

Your order will be sent according to the following shipping methods, unless requested we will select the most economical method of delivery.

1. AUSTRALIA POST
Extra Cover - Registered Post
Add $1.20 to your order per $100 of cover required for a receipted delivery sticker to allow for tracking to ensure it reaches you safely, should anything go wrong you can claim the value of your order which can be covered for $1.20 per $100 of the order value up to $5,000 - Insurance cover is recommended, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Benefits of Registered Post within Australia:

  • A unique identification number for every article
  • Proof of posting and receipt of order confirmation
  • A signature obtained on delivery
  • Compensation should your parcel go missing

Parcels over 22 kg are sent as two parcels
Australia Post accepts parcels to 22kg maximum weight, dead or cubic. 

 
2. FASTWAYS COURIERS - street address required

Fastways are unable to deliver to post office boxes, so a street address needs to be supplied to allow this method of shipping to be implemented.

Parcels over 25 kg will be sent as two parcels

 

 
3. MESSENGER POST COURIERS - Sydney CBD & Metro Only

Delivery fees are payable by the customer - please place your order online and request a quote in the 'additional notes for this order' field to request this service.

Services Include: Metro: pick-up and delivery within 1, 2 or 3 hour services

Freight Quote: To request a freight quote please make a note in the 'please enter any notes for this order' field during checkout. We will then quote your order by email and hold it awaiting your approval, before packing it - we will wait for your confirmation to proceed with the order.

 

 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - we will automatically arrange a quote and hold your order awaiting approval of shipping & delivery fees, should you wish to arrange alternative delivery or cancel the order.
