You may like to purchase a gift card from our online store and send a printed Gift Voucher in a card with a hand written message to the recipient. Just order the card online and add a note in the field 'Please add any notes for this order' - for the amount of your voucher and the message that you would like in the card. 

 
Send the Voucher Yourself 

If you would like to send the voucher from your own email account we are happy to forward the voucher to you, to be sent on to the recipient. If you would like to send the voucher by mail yourself, we are happy to send the voucher to you.

We accept Credit Card payments by BPAY only - once an invoice has been sent to you with our BPAY payment details you will need to contact your bank to make payment directly from your credit card, either by phone or via your online banking facility.

Redeem Your Gift Voucher

Each voucher has a unique authorisation code and is easy to redeem. 

Gift vouchers are redeemable by placing your order online, by email, by post or by phoning +612 99087494. You will need to quote the Gift Voucher code and the recipient’s details.

If ordering online please quote the Gift Voucher details in the filed ‘Enter Gift Voucher Code’ during checkout, you will need to select a payment method even if the voucher is for a greater amount than then the order total.

 
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions 

Upon use of the Gift Voucher, if the order value is higher than the value of your voucher, the balance will need to be paid by another payment method.

Gift Vouchers are redeemable in one transaction only. If the order is to a lesser value than the Gift Voucher the balance cannot be redeemed for cash or for another order.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
